How long does it take to process an order?

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Von D Shoes ships products both domestically and to international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in Los Angeles, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. Please be advised that due to Covid, we occasionally encounter shipping delays but orders should be expected within 2-4 business days from receiving confirmation for domestic, and 3-5 on International orders.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vondshoes.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
